Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our main warehouse in France. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once it’s on the way.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • Europe & North America: 6–12
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10
  • West Asia: 6–14

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping is calculated based on destination and order value. Orders over $60 USD ship free in all zones. Full rate chart is available here.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or hotels?

No. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, university campuses, or business addresses.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Yes — if applicable in your country. These fees are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, for physical items only, within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • The security wire is intact

What is the security wire?

Each product is sealed with a metal wire for quality assurance. Once cut, the product is considered accepted and non-returnable.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

Yes, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with a photo and your order number. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Can I return digital products (audio, guides)?

No. Due to their nature, digital items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Digital Products

How are audio tracks and ritual guides delivered?

Immediately via email after purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the download link.

Can I re-download if I lose access?

Yes — email us at hello@beaubeaboo.com with your order info and we’ll help you retrieve it.

What if my audio product includes an NFC card?

You will receive a physical card with embedded tap-access to the audio.

Do digital products ever ship physically?

Only when paired with optional NFC cards. Otherwise, they are digital-only.

Orders & Customer Support

Do you charge sales tax?

Not at the moment — our prices are displayed as final amounts, and no additional tax will be added at checkout for most customers.

I entered the wrong address—what should I do?

Email us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to update it.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with your local post office or neighbors first. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

My item is out of stock—when will I get it?

We typically wait for all items to be available before shipping your full order. If you need a partial shipment, please email us to arrange it.
